My Account & My Cart
We want our customer to easily keep track of their orders. Therefore, our customers can access their account anytime by clicking “My Account”. In My Account, we store our customer’s info, their shipping and buying history. In My Account you can manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, change your password, and see the status of your orders.
In My Account you can check the status of you order in “My Order(s)”. You will be notified by getting an email as well when your order is shipped.
How can I order an Out Of Stock product(s)?
You cannot purchase an out of stock order, however, you can enter your phone number on the products main page and we will get back to you as soon the item is available for sale.
Is it necessary to have a Zia-ul-QuranPublications account to shop?
It is Not necessary to have a Zia-ul-QuranPublications account to shop, but it is highly recommended to have an account so you can keep track of your purchasing history at Zia-ul-QuranPublications.com.
No we don’t provide free shipping in Pakistan. We charge 200/kg of all order in all over the Pakistan.
We currently do not ship our books internationally, as at the moment our focus is only within Pakistan.
We have a delivery estimate for every book, and on average the estimated delivery time is 3 business days.
Payment
Cash On Delivery or COD is another mode of payment for our books. Our customers can buy a book online, and pay for the book only when it gets delivered to their doorstep. This is the best choice of payment if you don’t have a credit card.
We are offering Cash On Delivery in almost all cities in Pakistan. If for instance we don’t offer COD in your city, then you can always choose another mode of payment
There are no hidden terms and condition on COD except the maximum order that can be delivered by COD cannot exceed Rs. 50,000.
