If a product ordered by you on Zia-ul-Quran Publications was delivered to you in a damaged/defective condition, please contact us at info@Zia-ul-QuranPublications.com or call us at +92(042-37221953) for a replacement. We will also have the defective/damaged book picked up from you at no extra cost.
What is the 7 Days Replacement Guarantee?
All products sold on Zia-ul-QuranPublications are covered under our 7 days replacement guarantee. If you got the wrong product or the product(s) you got is damaged/defective, please let us know within 7 days of delivery in order for us to redeem you or replace the item with no extra cost.

If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.(If you have made the payment in advance)
If you cancel your order after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
- If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, immediately contact Customer Support and inform them about cancellation.
- If you already received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product(s) or it’s the wrong product
